Founder & CEO
Roseline Sarker is the visionary Founder and CEO of RS Global Consultancy, bringing over 16 years of expertise in the Finance and Education sectors across the United Kingdom. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to empowering individuals and communities through strategic guidance, practical solutions, and unwavering integrity.
Driven by results and fuelled by compassion, Roseline blends professional excellence with a personal passion for helping others thrive. Whether mentoring students, advising professionals, or guiding families through complex transitions, she believes in delivering outcomes that truly make a difference.
Outside of her consultancy work, Roseline is an avid traveller and gardener who finds joy in nature and exploration. She shares her home with a loyal dog named Arrow and three charismatic cats—Flint, Barnie, and Chase—who keep life delightfully unpredictable.
Roseline’s leadership is rooted in kindness, clarity, and purpose. Through RS Global Consultancy, she continues to champion journeys that transform lives—one client, one story, one success at a time.
Abdur Rahman Sarker
Chief Advisor- Leading Head
With a career spanning decade across multiple sectors, Mr. Rahman Sarker brings a wealth of experience and compassion to his role as Senior Consultant. From leading NGO initiatives to serving as Director of an international export business, his work has consistently focused on empowering communities—especially rural populations and women—to thrive.
A lifelong learner and advocate for education, Mr. Sarker has guided countless individuals toward higher studies abroad. As a student of Economics himself, he understands the transformative power of knowledge and is deeply committed to helping others access global opportunities.
His passion for travel has taken him to over 50 countries, enriching his perspective and deepening his understanding of cultural diversity. Now retired from full-time leadership, Mr. Sarker dedicates his time to part-time consultancy—offering visa guidance and mentorship to students, tourists, and families seeking new horizons.
Known for his studious nature and generous spirit, Mr. Sarker continues to be a pillar of support for those navigating international education and travel. His mission is simple yet profound: to open doors, build bridges, and uplift lives through informed, compassionate guidance.
